AHİ-DER stands for Kırşehir the Association for Education Volunteers. The mission of our organization is to promote European policies and values that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. The members of AHİ DER, are teachers, academicians, university students, design thinkers, project managers, communicators, education specialists, and technology and social media experts that can respond to your organization's needs and understand the social challenges you wish to address..It has 50 members working for education, development etc…so It has a very strong network with VET centers,Special Education centers,Public Education Centers and Evening Art Schools, Turkey Labour Agency(IŞ-KUR) National authorities etc...The target of AHİ-DER is; to identify education needs of the population under LLL perspective, support the disadvantaged youngsters and adults to complete their compulsory education, develop their social and cultural skills, develop and implement education programs and projects to gain economical skills related with occupation, providing individuals with the knowledge and qualifications, social, financial and cultural development in accordance with the needs of century.We focus on:
• intercultural personnel development (human resource management)
• organizational development and intercultural change management
• training and adult education
• training with unemployed in the field of career guidance
• development / design of training courses and train-the-trainer programs in various fields
• development of postgraduate university programs
National and international projects in various fields in cooperation with enterprises, public authorities/ services, institutions
& organization and NGO’s are an import part of our business. All this knowledge and experinces will contribute to the
project.
AHİDER deals with employment, vocational-social-cultural education, entrepreneurship, culture, innovation and also non formal education, informal education, continuing education, recognition of prior learning, distance learning are one of the main areas of us.The organization holds , training courses, workshops, events, meetings, cultural exchanges, information points. We want to build local and transnational cooperation.The Foundation believes that having experience in European activities and projects our organization could get new knowledge.The group members are mainly teachers,university academicians and young people, and retired teachers with an interest in education,technology.

In this context, the main goal of our organisation is ensuring the right to quality education and training for all, through an appealing curriculum and innovative strategies which merge together formal and non-formal methods, applied by well-trained, team-spirited teachers, in a non-discriminatory educational environment, which allows young people to develop their social, civil, intercultural skills and encourages open-mindedness regarding European and international collaboration.

The association’s mission is to organise programs for children and youth, to give possibilities for our target groups tospend their spare time by doing useful activities. We support our youngster’s bottom-up initiatives and help to implement
them. In our activities, we involve young people with fewer opportunities, who has especially educational and economicaldifficulties. Apart from its founding purposes, our association deals more with social responsibility and community servicepractices and has adopted the principle of taking part in education plans. We participated to conferences, meetings and performances about local traditions, culture and history. We are keen on running development and realization of differentprojects and seminars relevant to current youth problems;supporting young people in their personal development through participation in European education programs and projects in the field of education, science, culture and etc.Within the group, We have experienced teachers who know erasmus+ programme very well. They are teachers in different schools and academicians at Ahi Evran University in Kırşehir. We have been working with the Erasmus Programme for the last 20 years.We help students to teach Erasmus+ programme.

1. MR. DEDE YUNUS ŞENBAY
He is the manager of the NGO, he is an English teacher and has been working in Kırsehir National Educational Directorate as a Erasmus programme Guide European Project manager/coordinator since 2005. He has a great expreince in development of SME, management, planning controller &in problem solving activities. He has involved in more than 50 European projects as coordinator, trainer, tutor, competent with graphic programs,

2. Mr. ALİ ERDEM
He has been an English teacher for 25 years.Now he is a teacher in High school.He was involved in more than 50 European projects as coordinator, trainer, tutor, responsible, or administrative. He is a expert in European projects and in their management.
3. MERVE TÜRKYURT
Working as an English Teacher in Secondary School.Professional user of Windows editions and Microsoft Office Programs, active usage of social networks, active web 2.0 skills
She is responsible for E-Twinning and Erasmus projects and innovative informal teaching methods
4.RAMAZAN ŞENBAY
Designer, researcher and producer of scientific contents, artistic director, digital storyteller. Archaeologist expert inconservation of cultural heritage.
5.Mr. YENER İŞCİMEN
He is an academician in Ahi Evran University.He has huge expreince in Computers in Management specialist / Information Systems Designer / Team Leader/ specialist in Web Design / Software Design /Database & Server Administration.
6.DENİZ ERDEM- Student at Ankara University Medicine Faculty. Fluently speaking German and English.
7.BAYRAM ŞENBAY: He is a university student. He is a youth worker with experience in various projects.
